However, the 2021 Texas football recruiting class has to sit steady right now until National Signing Day arrives next month, on Feb. 6. Adding the first commit to that Texas football recruiting class isn’t the most important task for head coach Tom Herman anytime soon, but it would be nice for the fan base to see.
Only a handful of Division 1 programs even have a commit lined up for the 2021 recruiting cycle. The Texas Longhorns are not one of those programs with a commit for that cycle.
