Still sending out offers to various targets of the 2021 Texas football recruiting class in the midst of the start of spring camp, head coach Tom Herman is trying to make moves to land another highly touted group. Herman didn’t get his third straight top 10 ranked recruiting class in the nation for the 2020 cycle, a trend he will try to reverse in 2021.
However, the Texas Longhorns football program had a lot of valid excuses as to why Herman was not able to lock up yet another top 10 ranked signing class in the nation.
