The building 2022 Texas football recruiting class could get a solid boost from an underrated high school prospect in the very near future for newly hired head coach Steve Sarkisian and linebackers coach Jeff Choate. Texas was trending to land a commitment from the underrated three-star Arlington-Martin 6-foot-1 and 200 pound inside linebacker Trevell Johnson earlier in the week.
With Johnson scheduled to announce his commitment on the afternoon/evening of Feb. 13, specifically at 5 p.m. CT, the Longhorns might not have to wait all that long for their next addition to their 2022 recruiting class.
