The college football season always seems to fly by and 2019 is no different. Texas football is officially halfway through their regular season slate, and currently sit with a 4-2 record. The first seven weeks of the season have seen their ups and downs, though the Horns have already played their two toughest games on the regular season schedule.
Unfortunately neither of those games against LSU and Oklahoma went their way, but there is nothing to be discouraged with as this Texas team is once again poised to make a run at the Big 12 Championship.
Texas is still ranked in the AP top 25, 15th to be exact, and they should feel confident ahead of the second half of their schedule.
