With the dead period now officially in the rear view mirror for the college football offseason, offers can continue to go out for head coach Tom Herman and his staff on the recruiting trail. Since there has yet to be a single commitment, or anything close to that, in the 2022 Texas football recruiting class, Herman really needs to get going.
But the Texas Longhorns football program is definitely sending out its fair share of offers to 2022 recruiting targets. On Feb. 27, Texas sent out a scholarship offer to yet another rising talent for the 2022 recruiting cycle.
