Five-star Houston, TX, native running back and former target of the 2020 Texas football recruiting class, North Shore’s Zachary Evans, finally announced a commitment to a Big 12 foe. Evans chose to take his talents to link up with head coach Gary Patterson and the TCU Horned Frogs in Fort Worth.
