A former star breakthrough wide receiver of the Texas football program Devin Duvernay is making quite an impression late in the week of drills, practice, and showcases at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, AL. Both Duvernay and fellow former Texas wide receiver Collin Johnson stood out during drills and practices at Senior Bowl practice week.
Senior Bowl is a great opportunity for players like Duvernay and Johnson that sit in the midst of a deep NFL Draft class of wide receivers to truly prove what they can do. Both had stellar 2019 seasons, at least when one of those two was actually on the field healthy, combining for nearly 2,000 receiving yards.
