Last week was a fairly good one for Texas football recruits. The commits who actually played were 9-4 for the week, while one had a bye, one had his game postponed due to heavy rains, and two sat out their games due to injury. Many of the members of the #fUTure19 class made their way to Austin for the Texas-USC game, which went over quite well with them.
The class also received a new commit over the weekend, as Georgia running back Derrian Brown pledged to the Longhorns on Sunday.
If you’re in Texas, this won’t be the best weekend to take in some high school football, as rains are forecast for much of the state on Friday and Saturday.
