We are now half-way through the regular season for Texas high school football, as teams have either played the first five games on their schedule or will have by the end of this weekend.
We’re now in October and the teams of 10 of the Texas Longhorns’ 28 commits between the 2020 and 2021 recruiting classes have not yet lost a game. 12 commits play for teams that are currently ranked in their respective states. The three commits whose teams went into last week still seeking their first win of 2019 all helped their teams to victory.
