Last week, five of the Texas Longhorns’ then-19 football commits had a bye, but there were a few exciting finishes for the #fUTure19 class members who did take the field. Two of UT’s commits threw game-winning touchdown passes late in the 4th quarter. Two recruits returned interceptions for TDs. And a few others helped their teams get into a position to win their district, section, league, or region.
There will be no byes this week, and every commit will be playing except for an injured Marques Caldwell, whose team is going through the most miserable season I can remember following for any UT commit over the past four years.
