A big hole in the 2020 Texas football recruiting class could be filled by a highly touted four-star safety prospect that is set to announce his commitment decision soon. That four-star safety is Duncanville High School product Chris Thompson Jr. As a potential second addition to the 2020 Texas football recruiting class out of Duncanville High School in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Thompson Jr. could really jump start the results in this region of Texas for head coach Tom Herman.
The commitment date was set by Thompson Jr. on his Twitter timeline back on July 10.
