This was a very busy offseason in the NCAA Transfer Portal thus far for new head coach Steve Sarkisian and the Texas football program. Texas had numerous entrants into the transfer portal, and also a number of additions to the program by way of that route. Sark was almost guaranteed to at least face a good level of roster attrition this offseason.
What was surprising was that the level of roster attrition that Sark faced so far in his first offseason with the Longhorns wasn’t actually all that bad.
