Texas football fans officially saw now former junior running back Keaontay Ingram enter the NCAA Transfer Portal, and land with head coach Clay Helton and the USC Trojans earlier in the week. Losing the likes of the former highly coveted four-star in-state recruit Ingram is maybe the biggest transfer departure to occur so far this offseason for the new regime led by recently hired head coach Steve Sarkisian. Ingram and junior cornerback Jalen Green were the most experienced and notable losses to the transfer portal for Sark still early on in the 2021 offseason.
