Texas football signed its best and deepest recruiting class to date under head coach Steve Sarkisian during the 2023 cycle. The 2023 recruiting class for Texas and Sark ranked in the top three in the nation (according to the 247Sports Composite).
This class was highlighted by the signing of four five-star recruits, including the nation’s top-ranked prospect for this cycle in elite Isidore Newman quarterback Arch Manning. Texas had the third-most five-star commits of any 2023 class, along with 18 blue-chip prospects in total.
Such a talented and deep recruiting class for the Longhorns will likely surface some immediate impact players on the field for key live-game reps right away this fall.
