The time could be running out for outside programs in the recruitment of the nation’s top 2020 high school prospect to edge out some of his early presumed favorites. Five-star elite North Shore High School and Houston, TX, running back Zachary Evans recently got a ratings bump from 247Sports up to the nation’s top overall 2020 high school prospect. Evans is also a big time target for the 2020 Texas football recruiting class.
Just a few weeks back, Evans declared his top schools which included the Texas football program. Amid those finalists were 11 schools that included a lot from inside the state of Texas and the Big 12.
