It appears that the Texas football program found their next offensive coordinator, as the Ohio State Buckeyes passing game coordinator Mike Yurcich is expected to be named as the official hire within the next week or so. Stadium’s Brett McMurphy was one of the first to report on Twitter that Yurcich could be named the next Texas offensive coordinator under head coach Tom Herman soon.
This offensive coordinator search under Herman lasted a shorter span of time than it seemed due to all the candidates that were reported to be considered for the job since Tim Beck was demoted.
