In the midst of the 2020 college football offseason, the NCAA Transfer Portal is something that can still be a source of consistent news for programs around the entire country. The Texas football program is one of those that can hit the transfer portal often to fill positional voids under the direction of head coach Tom Herman.
Since the 2018 offseason, Texas turned to the transfer portal to fill multiple positional voids. During the 2018 offseason, Texas landed offensive tackle Calvin Anderson and running back Tre Watson to try and piece together a more complete depth chart on the offensive side of the ball.
