The NCAA Transfer Portal does still have dozens of names of uncommitted transfer prospects that are at least worth looking into for head Texas football coach Tom Herman.
What Texas football does have to look forward to for this fall is a very talented group of incoming freshman and transfers from the 2019 signing class. Texas landed two underrated JUCO prospects that should be ready to go immediately, with Iowa Western C.C. 6-foot-7 offensive tackle Willie Tyler and the nation’s top JUCO inside linebacker Juwan Mitchell.
