A big run for the 2021 Texas football recruiting class in the last 10 days marked the end to a very silent period on the recruiting trail in the prior six or eight months. Texas went through a hot stretch on the recruiting trail for their 2021 class late last summer and into the fall. But it stopped there until about a week ago.
Texas is now up to eight commits in their 2021 recruiting class. Head coach Tom Herman is starting to see his new-look coaching staff pick up more momentum on the recruiting trail once again.
