The end of the Elite 11 and Opening Finals pretty much caps the offseason events for the 2020 and 2021 Texas football recruiting classes. Now, head Texas football coach Tom Herman can officially turn his focus and energy to preparing for fall camp and the beginning of the 2019 regular season, which is roughly seven weeks away now. It won’t be too long until the 2019 Texas football team takes to the field at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium for the season opener against the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs.
In the meantime, a lot can still transpire on the recruiting trail that will directly impact the future of this program.
