All signs are pointing to disaster for fourth-year head coach Tom Herman and his efforts on the trail for Texas football recruiting of late. Both his 2021 and 2022 recruiting classes have provided results that are beyond disaster at this point in time. Absolute disaster struck for Herman on the night of Oct. 28, when the news surfaced that the elite five-star Southlake Carroll pro-style quarterback Quinn Ewers wanted to re-open his recruitment.
