Texas football was successfully able to flip 3-star tight end Charlie Jilek from Minnesota last night, and Longhorns fans have been taking to social media recently to express their excitement.
The 6'5", 230-pound tight end was offered by Texas TE coach Jeff Banks yesterday, and he committed on the spot. This obviously shows how much he loved the idea of suiting up for the Longhorns and playing in DKR Memorial Stadium in 2026.
Jilek is technically ranked as the No.98 ATH in the 2026 recruiting class because he also excelled as a linebacker for Portage Central HS in Portage, MI.
