ATLANTA, Ga. – The University of Texas divers took home three medals on the third day of competition at the 2018 USA Diving Winter Trials at the McAuley Aquatics Center. The Longhorns earned a gold and silver in the women's 3-meter synchro event and a silver in the men's platform synchro event on Tuesday afternoon.
Redshirt senior Murphy Bromberg joined Brooke Schultz of the University of Arkansas to take the first-place finish on 3-meter synchro with a final score of 555.00. After leading at the end of the prelims, the pair put together their best dive of the finals in the third round with a forward 2.
