Texas Board of Regents approves $175 million south end zone renovation project

The south end zone at Darrell K. Royal Texas Memorial Stadium is set to receive a significant — and pricey — facelift.

On Thursday, the University of Texas Board of Regents approved the financing for a $175 million south end zone renovation project, which will feature premium seating, suites that stretch the length of the end zone, standing room for fans, and renovations to the Moncreif-Neuhaus Athletic Complex, among other additions.
