Jalen Lecque is an intriguing prospect in this 2019 NBA Draft class, but he might not fall anywhere close to the first round, let alone amid the lottery picks. Given the level of programs that Jalen Lecque had on his offer sheet, including Texas basketball, made it almost confusing that he announced a commitment to NC State as early in this recruiting cycle as he did.
