This is a critical month for the 2022 and 2023 Texas basketball recruiting classes on the trail in June. Texas and new head coach Chris Beard hosted a couple of key visits already this month, but the week of June 8-14 might be the most critical stretch. There are a few key targets of the 2022 class that are set to be on campus within the week for Beard to impress.
The most important name to mention among the visitors for the Longhorns basketball program this week is the elite five-star Windward School 6-foot-9 and 220-pound small forward Kijani Wright.
