Late last week, Texas Longhorns baseball announced the dates, times, and locations for their 2019 season schedule. The defending Big 12 Champions will play host to some of college baseball’s premier teams and familiar conference foes in 2019 in what looks to be a strong schedule.
Texas opens the season in a similar fashion to 2018 with a three-game set on the road against the phenomenally-named Louisiana Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns. The weekend series takes place in Lafayette, Louisiana (go figure) from February 15-17. The first appearance at UFCU Disch-Falk Field will take place on February 22 as the first of a four-game series against Purdue.
