Texas a top school for 4-star Oklahoma WR Javian Hester

Tulsa (Okla.) Booker T. Washington wide receiver Javian Hester has taken his first significant step towards a decision.

On Monday, the four-star pass-catcher cut his list of 18 options to just 10 schools, and the Texas Longhorns are among those still in the mix. Hester named Arkansas, Baylor, Colorado, Georgia Tech, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio State, and Ole Miss as the other options he’s still considering, though Hester did note that his recruitment remains open.

Oklahoma, the only program holding any Crystal Ball projections for the second-best player from the Sooner state, was notably excluded from Hester’s top list, despite Hester taking three trips to Norman throughout the past year.
