Cibolo Steele crushes Converse Judson in showdown of 6A powers
Steele, No. 8 in the 6A state rankings, extended its district winning streak to 36 games by rolling to a 30-9 victory over No. 2 Judson. Steele did it despite playing without injured QB Xavier Martin, a Texas Tech pledge. Backup QB Cody Massey played well in Martin's place, and the Steele defense controlled things.
