The Oklahoma Sooners’ offense finally came alive at the end of the first half to take a 20-14 lead on the Texas Longhorns in the Big 12 Championship game at AT&T Stadium.
Kyler Murray hit Grant Calcaterra for a six-yard pass with 18 seconds left in the half.
The Longhorns led 14-6 for much of the half behind two rushing touchdowns from quarterback Sam Ehlinger. But Murray and the Sooners scored two touchdowns in the final 5:01 of the first half.
Ehlinger scored on a 16-yard run after the Longhorns drove 75 yards on their first possession to take a 7-0 lead.
