AUSTIN, Texas – As many around the country are looking for ways to support elementary and secondary education in these uncertain times, The University of Texas Silver Spurs, the organization entrusted to care for BEVO XV, have announced their commitment to match up to $150,000 in donations to support The University of Texas' Neighborhood Longhorns Program.
Launched in 1991 as the official community service arm of Texas Athletics, the Neighborhood Longhorns Program is the premier educational outreach program for The University of Texas at Austin. The program offers economically disadvantaged 2nd through 8th graders the opportunity to envision attending college through incentives and scholarships.
