The new normal spurred on by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic that grips the world has had a stark impact on Texas Rowing freshman Jane McGee and her family.
McGee, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio (Saint Ursula Academy), saw her first year of university life take a dramatic turn and her first collegiate campaign came to an abrupt end before it even began. Meanwhile, her mother, Tara McGee, is a new nurse who is taking on much more than she anticipated when she began her career last June at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
