So who made the cut in our first set of rankings? Here are players 25 through 21 on the Longhorns' roster.
25. B.J. Foster, freshman DB
It may be unfair to slate Foster in the top-25 considering he has yet to play a down for the Longhorns, but that should change by the first series against Maryland.
