One of Texas’ defensive anchors declares for the 2026 NFL Draft

Texas CB Malik Muhammad has officially declared for the 2026 NFL Draft according to a post that he shared on social media recently.

The ball-hawking cornerback has been one of the defense's top playmakers on the boundary for former DC Pete Kwiatkowski, and now he's excited to take his game to the next level. He has great size at 6'0", 190 lbs., and has enough speed to run with most receivers in the open field.

He had a few top-notch performances in 2025, and has been a 28-game starter for the Longhorns' defense since arriving in 2023.
