There was a time when Texas' coaching staff resembled a revolving door.
Under previous head coach Charlie Strong, little continuity existed on the Longhorns' staff from year to year. In just three seasons, nine coaches either left the program, were fired or were demoted, and it wasn't until Year 3 that Strong finally found himself a competent offensive coordinator.
But under Tom Herman, coaching staff changes have not been an issue through two seasons. No coaches have left or been fired. Everyone Herman initially hired is still around.
