AUSTIN, Texas — The No. 6 Texas Men's Golf team registered a 10-under-par 274 on Tuesday to grab a 16-stroke lead after the second day of the NCAA Austin Regional at The University of Texas Golf Club. Senior Steven Chervony fired a five-under-par 66 to move into a five-way tie for the individual lead that includes freshman teammates Cole Hammer and Pierceson Coody.
Texas concluded Tuesday's action with a 36-hole score of 16-under-par 552 (278-274).
