AUSTIN, Texas – No. 5 Texas Volleyball landed four players on the AVCA All-Region teams, led by the AVCA Southwest Region Player of the year Madisen Skinner. Ella Swindle was also named the AVCA Southwest Region Freshman of the Year
Skinner was joined by Asjia O'Neal on the AVCA All-Region Team, while Swindle and Molly Phillips were named Honorable Mention All-Region.
Skinner is the sixth Longhorn in the last seven seasons to be named AVCA Regional Player of the Year, following Logan Eggleston (2020-22), Micaya White (2018) and Chiaka Ogbogu (2017).
