AUSTIN, Texas - The No. 4 University of Texas men's swimming and diving team won its 40th-straight conference championship and 23rd Big 12 title on Saturday night at the 2019 Big 12 Championships inside of the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.
