AUSTIN, Texas – Ivan Melendez and Cam Williams each homered for the second-straight game, as No. 4 Texas Baseball topped Texas A&M Corpus Christi, 14-4, at UFCU Disch-Falk Field on Tuesday night.
Melendez went 4-for-5 for a home run, a double and three RBI to lead the Longhorn offense. Texas (21-5) combined to draw a season-high-tying 11 walks, with Williams and Zach Zubia collecting three each. Mitchell Daly, Douglas Hodo III and Trey Faltine each had two-hits nights, while Daly and Faltine knocked in four and three runs, respectively.
