STANFORD, Calif. – The No. 3 Texas Volleyball team falls at No. 1 Stanford on Sunday afternoon, 3-2: 25-17, 18-25, 11-25, 25-21, 12-15, despite a career-day from sophomore Logan Eggleston in Maples Pavilion on the Stanford campus.
Eggleston put down a career-best 19 kills, hitting .302, adding five digs, three aces, and a block. Senior Micaya White also tallied 19 kills, hitting .372, with six digs and three blocks.
Freshman Molly Phillips put down 11 kills on a clip of .474, adding a match-high seven blocks. Fellow middle blocker Asjia O'Neal added seven kills on .
