FULLERTON, Calif. – On Sunday morning in Judi Garman Classic action, No. 3 Texas softball (20-3) utilized a key three-run HR from senior center fielder Shannon Rhodes to wrap up its California road trip with a 6-2 victory over Boise State (11-8).

  • Texas finished out its California road trip at 4-1 overall with wins over three ranked teams (No. 1 UCLA, No. 2 Washington and No. 13/11 Michigan).
  • With 10 K's against Boise State, senior pitcher Miranda Elish struck out 10-or-more batters in a game for the 24th time in her All-American career (13th time at Texas).
