OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – No. 3 Texas swept all five races for a fourth straight year, claimed its fourth consecutive Big 12 crown and the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championships Sunday at the 2018 Big 12 Championships.
The Longhorns clean sweep of the grand finals races yielded 137 points in the final Big 12 team standings. Oklahoma placed second with 109 points and K-State rounded out the top-three with 99 points. Kansas took fourth place with 71 points, and West Virginia placed fifth with 47 points. Texas' Fanny Bon, Emily Froehlich, Ashley Jacobs, Ljiljana Josic, Milica Slijepcevic and Mariam Soufi were named to the All-Big 12 Team after the regatta.
