No. 2 Volleyball falls in NCAA Regional Final

AUSTIN, Texas – No. 2 Texas Volleyball fell in the NCAA Regional Final to Nebraska, 3-1, on Saturday at Gregory Gymnasium.

The Longhorns end the season with a 27-2 record after advancing to the 15th Regional Final in the last 16 seasons. The attendance of 5,080 was the largest volleyball crowd in Gregory Gym history.

Logan Eggleston and Skylar Fields each finished with 20 kills to lead the Longhorns. Eggleston also had her 10th double-double of the season with 10 digs.

Senior Brionne Butler had eight blocks, while the Longhorns finished with 13 total blocks in the match.
