LUBBOCK, Texas – No. 2 Texas Volleyball held off Texas Tech for a 3-1 win, 25-17, 22-25, 25-16, 25-17, on Friday night at United Supermarkets Arena.
With the win, the Longhorns (23-1, 14-1) secured at least a share of their fifth-consecutive Big 12 Conference Championship.
Logan Eggleston had a big match, leading the Longhorns with 19 kills and adding nine digs, four blocks and two service aces.
Molly Phillips also came up big for the Longhorns, with 10 kills and a .500 hitting percentage. Skylar Fields added eight kills and two blocks.
