No. 11/13 Softball blanks Texas State in NCAA Regional play, 6-0

AUSTIN, Texas – On Saturday afternoon in NCAA Austin Regional play at Red & Charline McCombs Field, a Shea O'Leary pitching gem and key RBIs from sophomore shortstop McKenzie Parker, senior center fielder Shannon Rhodes and redshirt junior right fielder Taylor Ellsworth helped power No. 12 national seed Texas (41-11) to a 6-0 victory over Texas State (39-13).

With the win, the Longhorns now advance to Sunday's championship round slated for 3 p.m. CT, and if necessary, 5:30 p.m. CT.
