AUSTIN, Texas – No. 1 Texas Volleyball's Saige Ka'aha'aina-Torres has been named the Big 12 Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.
Ka'aha'aina-Torres led the Longhorns to a sweep of Kansas and a 3-1 win over No. 15 Baylor to clinch the Longhorns' sixth-consecutive Big 12 Championship. She quarterbacked the Texas offense to a .310 hitting percentage, the best in the Big 12 during the week
The Honolulu, Hawaii native, dished out 90 assists over the two matches and averaged 12.86 assists per set, the most in the league during the week.
