IRVING -- Having recently relocated, former SMU player Colt Knost needed a place to stay for his 10th AT&T Byron Nelson.

The Pilot Point native managed to book a room at the unofficial tournament headquarters, Jordan Spieth's house.

"Yeah, I'm slumming over there at that little shack he's got," Knost said, referring to the 16,655-square-foot square-foot mansion that the two-time major winner purchased early this year for $7.
