The No. 14 Longhorns claimed a spot in next week's Big 12 championship game in Arlington with a 24-17 win over Kansas on Friday in Lawrence. Texas (9-3, 7-2 Big 12) will face the winner of Friday night's meeting between No. 6 Oklahoma and No. 13 West Virginia in Morgantown.

I don’t know if I’d say this was “lost” in the first half numbers, but Texas shutout a kansas offense that scored 40 against 6th ranked Oklahoma last week.
