AUSTIN, TEXAS – Indie electronic duo Matt and Kim will headline Longhorn City Limits presented by Still Austin Whiskey on Saturday, November 4! The FREE game day concert, located on the LBJ Lawn, will take place immediately following the Texas Football versus K-State game. Austin-based Primo the Alien will take the stage pregame at 9 a.m.
Formed in 2004, Brooklyn duo Matt Johnson and Kim Schifino were quickly recognized for their thunder-punching, melodic mix of indie punk and dance. Their 2009 album Grand, certified gold by the RIAA, featured the hit songs "Daylight" and "Lessons Learned", the latter winning Breakthrough Video Award at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.
