After putting forth praiseworthy individual performances in a 41-34 win over Texas Tech, three Texas Longhorns were honored on Monday as Big 12 Players of the Week.
Junior wide receiver Lil’Jordan Humphrey was named the Offensive Player of the Week, while senior cornerback Davante Davis took home Co-Defensive Player of the Week. Freshman kicker Cameron Dicker was honored as well, being named as the Special Teams Player of the Week.
Humphrey headlined the Longhorns win over Texas Tech, snagging eight receptions for 159 yards and two touchdowns, including a 29-yard game-winning touchdown grab to secure the win in Michael Crabtree-esque fashion.
